The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released job notifications for 14 Computer Assistant positions. The candidates who are eligible are invited to apply. The aspirant can apply online via the official website, http://uppsc.up.nic.in. The last date for applying is 16th Dec 2019.
Eligibility Norms for Computer Assistant Positions
Educational Qualification
The applicants should have cleared their 12th standard exams from a recognized university. Also, they must secure a Diploma in Computer Science or the ‘O’ level diploma from NIELIT Society.
More so, if the candidate has been employed in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of 2 years, then they can apply.
Age Limit
The aspirant has to be between the ages of 18-40 years to meet the eligibility criteria. Only the applicants who are born after 2nd July 1979 and before 01st July 2001 are eligible.
In the cases of Physically Handicapped persons, the maximum age limit is pegged at 55 years.
How to Apply
The UPPSC authorities accept only online applications via the official website. The home page of the site contains the ‘Candidate Segment’ and the candidates are advised to study the given instructions that are viewable on the ‘All Notifications/Advertisements’ section before applying.
After reading the given instructions, the applicant should click on the ‘Apply’ tab of the related job notification.
The Online Applications are divided into 2 parts: Part-I is ‘Candidate Registration’ and Part-II is ‘Submit Application Form’.
First, the aspirant has to complete the Part-I of their application that requires them to furnish basic information, after which they must select the ‘Submit’ option. Then, they receive a ‘Registration Slip’ that contains their 11-digit registration number; they should take a printout of the same.
The next step is to tender the Application Fee. Payments are acceptable through online banking and card payments.
For Part-II, they have to select the ‘Submit Application Form’ that appears in the Candidate Segment page. Here, they have to furnish the require info and upload scanned copies of the requisite documents. These include signature specimen and photograph.
They must proceed by reading the ‘Declaration’ and, thereafter, they clicking on the ‘I Agree’ tab. Also, they should review their applications by clicking on the ‘Preview’ option and make any necessary changes. Finally, they should keep a print copy of their applications
